Project: A Strategy for a new Campus
To develop a strategy for a new campus that captures the spirit of the institute and is based on what their people want.
Through a face-to-face consultation process on their current campus, Avansys' most important stakeholder groups talked to us and told us what they wanted. The insights, experiences and expectations shared by this wonderful group of people served as a basis for the development of the design strategy of the educational experience.
The Avansys team participated in co-design sessions with our team to make sense of the information and propose solutions to the requirements of each group. All the interviewees enjoyed the experience and felt proud to be part of an organisation that listens to its stakeholders and responds to their needs.
The methodologies used by our team included human centered design, design thinking, lean, 360 degree feedback and systems thinking.
The Avansys Brief, a strategic tool that marks the beginning of an ongoing process of reflection on the educational experience and its impact on the stakeholders that Avansys serves. A versatile matrix that serves as a guide for any development process undertaken by the organisation in the future, like the architectural competition and building of their new campus.
The educational project of Grupo El Comercio, IFC World Bank and Salkantay Partners. Avansys brings opportunities to middle and low socioeconomic Peruvian students through their technological schools of engineering, design, business administration, information technology and health.
